Individuals
There are times when each of us could benefit from talking with someone who will listen without judgment and provide support and gentle guidance. It is profound and meaningful to me to help individuals confront their problems - mitigating their depression, managing their anxiety, improving their relationships, or attaining greater self-acceptance.
The course of therapy proceeds at the client's pace. Sometimes a client needs to be supported, and sometimes challenged. Therapeutic interventions take place within a confidential and trusting client-therapist relationship.
